Serenade Leather Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

 

 

1.      Promoter Serenade Leather (ACN 28 097 359 558) [Unit 1, 86-92 Milperra Road Revesby NSW 2212 Australia | T: +612 8708 1999]

 

2.      Competition Period Entries open at 12:00 AM AEST on [Thursday 16th July 2026] and close at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, 2 August 2026. The draw will take place on Monday, 3 August 2026.

 

3.      Prize The total prize pool is valued at approximately $2,200 AUD and consists of Serenade Leather products chosen by the respective winner of each tier to a pre-determined value, based on the recommended retail price of the products at the time of choosing. The prize will be divided into:

  • 1st Prize: Products up to the value of $1,000.00 AUD
  • 2nd Prize: Products up to the value of $7,00.00 AUD
  • 3rd Prize: Products up to the value of $500.00 AUD

Customers may elect to include products that exceed the value of their prize however, unless otherwise agreed, charges will apply to the retail value of the excess.

 

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be redeemed for credit. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

 

4.      Eligibility To be eligible to enter and win, entrants must:

a)      Be a current email subscriber to Serenade Leather’s newsletter at the time of the draw.

b)      Be an Australian resident.

c)      Be aged 18 years or over.

d)      Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee/contractor of Serenade Leather or any of its wholesale partners.

e)      Comply with all other conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

 

5.      How to Enter Entry is automatic for all individuals who satisfy the eligibility criteria and are subscribed to the Serenade Leather email list during the Competition Period. No additional action is required to enter.

Only one entry per eligible person is permitted (i.e. one email subscription = one entry).

 

6.      Winner Selection The three winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) will be selected by a random electronic draw from all eligible email subscribers on Monday, 3 August 2026. The draw will be conducted using a random number generator.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

7.      Winner Notification Winners will be notified by email (to the address associated with their subscription) within 2 business days of the draw. The winners’ names (first name and last initial) will also be announced on Serenade Leather’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

It is strongly recommended that entrants follow Serenade Leather on social media so they do not miss the announcement.

 

8.      Claiming the Prize Winners must respond to the notification email within 48 hours to confirm their eligibility and claim their prize by selecting items from the Serenade website. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will occur as follows:

  • If 1st place does not claim: 2nd place becomes 1st, 3rd place becomes 2nd, and a new 3rd place is drawn.
  • If 2nd place does not claim: 3rd place becomes 2nd, and a new 3rd place is drawn.
  • The same process applies for 3rd place.

Redrawn winners will also have 48 hours to respond.

 

9.      Prize Delivery Prizes will be dispatched to the winners’ Australian addresses within 14 days of successful claim. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit.

 

10.  Publicity By entering, winners agree to the Promoter using their name, image, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

11.  Privacy The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the competition and may disclose such information to third parties for this purpose. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for these purposes.

 

12.  Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant in connection with the competition, including (but not limited to) any tax liability incurred as a result of winning the prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties, network failures, or any other issues that may prevent an individual from receiving or viewing competition communications.

 

13.  General

a)       These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

b)       The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if it becomes compromised by any factor beyond its reasonable control.

c)       Any attempt to manipulate entry (multiple subscriptions under false names, etc.) will result in immediate disqualification.

d)       Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of these conditions does not constitute a waiver.

e)       These Terms and Conditions cannot be modified by any individual entrant.

By subscribing to the Serenade Leather email list, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
