Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. PayPal and Afterpay are also available for your convenience during checkout.

Do you offer price adjustments or match prior sale pricing?

 No, we do not provide price matches or adjustments on prior purchases, including during sales or promotional periods.

Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order.
To cancel, please email us at sales@serenadeleather.com.au and include your order number.

After 5 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional postage costs for re-delivery will apply — calculated at Australia Post rates, even if you originally received free shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Do you refund shipping charges?

No — original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved, additional shipping costs will apply for the replacement item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, no. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
We do not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or unsuitable items. Serenade Leather also does not provide a "cooling-off" period.

Are sale or markdown items returnable?

No — all sales, discounted items, markdowns are final. These cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

Exchanges & Credits

Can I exchange an item?.

Serenade Leather does not offer direct exchanges unless approved under a warranty claim. If a credit is granted, it will be issued as a voucher code valid for 6 months at our E-Boutique.

Warranty & Faulty Items

Is there a warranty on Serenade products?

Yes — all Serenade Leather items are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials only.

What is not covered under warranty?

  • General wear and tear
  • Misuse of product

  • Colour transfer/discolouration from rubbing against other items

  • Hand sanitiser or alcohol-related damage

  • Items purchased on sale, discount or with markdowns

How do I lodge a warranty claim?

  1. Email sales@serenadeleather.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos.

  2. You are responsible for return shipping, which must be prepaid and traceable for your protection.

How are claims handled?

All items will be assessed by our team within 10 business days.
Depending on the outcome, we may offer a:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Credit voucher – valid for 6 months

Serenade reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or warranty claim if the item does not meet our returns or assessment criteria.

Product Care & Recommendations

How should I care for my Serenade Leather product?

To maintain the condition of your leather goods, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid overfilling bags or purses, as this can distort their shape

Can hand sanitiser damage my bag?

Yes. Frequent use of alcohol-based products like hand sanitiser may weaken or damage finishes on leather and coated materials. Please handle your bag with care after applying sanitiser.

Are there recommendations for using adjustable straps?

For comfort and to protect your clothing, we recommend wearing adjustable buckle straps at the front of your body rather than the back

What should I do if my bag gets wet?

Gently pat it dry with a soft, absorbent cloth and allow it to air dry naturally—never use direct heat or a hair dryer.

Can I use regular household cleaners on my bag

No—only use cleaners specifically designed for leather. Household cleaners, wipes, and alcohol-based sprays may damage the finish of your product.

How can I help prevent colour transfer or discolouration?

 Avoid placing your item on or against other coloured fabrics or surfaces, especially when new or damp, to prevent colour transfer or staining.

Gift Card

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique voucher number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $24 - $1000.
